By using Olive Helps, you represent that you are authorized to use Olive Helps and share the data collected, used or shared within Olive Helps, on behalf of the organization listed in your Olive Helps profile.
Data Olive Helps Collects from Users
When using and benefitting from Olive Helps, Olive will do its best to collect only the data that we need to continuously offer Olive Helps and the Loop Library. The data Olive collects depends on how you interact with Olive Helps.
When you create an Olive Helps account, create or develop Loops for the Loop Library, purchase, subscribe to and/or activate an Olive product or service inside of Olive Helps, download an Olive Helps software update, connect to Olive Helps, contact us (including by social media), participate in an online survey, or otherwise interact with Olive/Olive Helps, we may collect a variety of information, including: (1) Account Information: your Olive Helps login information and related account details, including email address, devices registered, account status; (2) Device Information such as browser type and or operating system: (3) Contact Information: data such as name, email address, and or other contact information; (4) Transaction Information: data about purchases of products and services or transactions facilitated by Olive/Olive Helps, including purchases in the Loop Library; (5) Usage Data: data about your activity on and use of Olive Helps, such as app launches within our services, including browsing history; search history; product interaction; crash data, performance and other diagnostic data; and other usage data; (6) Location Information: precise location and coarse location; (7) Other Information You Provide to Us: details such as the content of your communications with Olive, including interactions with customer support and contacts through social media channels.
You are not required to provide the data that we have requested. However, if you choose not to do so, you acknowledge and agree that you may not be able to access, utilize and or benefit from Olive Helps and the Loop Library, and Olive may not be able to respond to requests you may have.
Data Olive and Olive Helps Receives from Other Sources
Olive and Olive Helps may receive data about you from other individuals, from businesses or third parties acting at your direction, from our partners who work with us to provide Olive Helps and assist us in security and fraud prevention, and from other lawful sources.
You may direct other individuals or third parties to share data with Olive and Olive Helps; provided, however, that we are not responsible for verifying any such information shared with us at your direction. We may also validate the information you provide for security, and for fraud-prevention purposes.
Olive Helps’ Use of Data
Olive Helps uses data to maximize its service offerings and benefits, to process transactions, to communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
Olive Helps uses your data when we have a valid business and or legal basis to do so. Olive Helps may rely on your consent or the fact that the processing is necessary to fulfill a contract with you or to comply with law.
Olive Helps may collect data necessary to power Olive Helps and its offerings, which may include data collected to personalize or improve Olive Helps, for internal purposes such as auditing or data analysis, or for troubleshooting. Olive Helps may collect data to process transactions, downloads, or Loop Library interactions. Olive Helps may collect data to respond to communications, reach out to you about your transactions or account, market products and services, provide other relevant information, or request information or feedback. From time to time, we may use your data to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with Olive, you may not opt out of receiving these important notices unless you terminate your Olive Helps account. Olive Helps may collect data to protect individuals, employees, and Olive and for loss prevention and to prevent fraud, including to protect individuals, employees, and Olive for the benefit of all our users, and prescreening or scanning uploaded content for potentially illegal content. Olive Helps may collect data to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Where Olive Helps retains data, we will retain such data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected.

Personal Information and Olive Helps
Olive Helps Account ID and Activity
When you sign in and create a Olive Helps account ID, you will enable access to Olive Helps, as well as the Olive Helps Loop Library and any initial material provided to you by Olive. In addition, the device(s) used to sign into Olive Helps will be associated with your Olive Helps account ID to provide you with better service and support.
An Olive Helps account ID is the unique account you use to access Olive Helps, the Olive Helps Loop Library, and any Loop purchased and or downloaded from the Loop Library, as well as to access content across all devices associated with your Olive Helps account ID. Your Olive Helps account ID includes the information you use to sign in, as well as all the contact, payment, and or security details that you use across Olive Helps. Olive or Olive Helps may retain information about your device(s) to provide better service and support. You can always edit your Olive Helps account ID information inside of your Olive Helps account.
When you sign in with your Olive Helps account ID, you will be signed into the Olive Helps Loop Library automatically. Any purchases you choose to make will be recorded in our systems so they can redownload them at any time. Your Olive Helps and Loop Library purchase and or usage history may be retained and used to help provide personalized recommendations for you.
To make purchases from the Loop Library, you must add a valid payment method to your Olive Helps account ID. Olive uses a secure credit card processor to collect and store the payment method details that you provide, including account number, expiration date, billing and shipping address to carry out your purchases, comply with law, and to prevent fraud. Your address information may also be used for marketing and analytics purposes.
To the extent you make purchases using a corporate credit card, you represent that you are authorized to make such purchases on behalf of the organization listed in your Olive Helps profile.
We may also collect data on your use of Olive Helps to provide and improve the quality of the service. To help address customer issues if they arise, some of this data may be associated with your Olive Helps account ID. We may use your IP address to determine the city and country from which you are accessing the service, but we do not retain it.
Olive Helps Loop Library
We may collect information about your account and usage of Olive Helps so that we can provide you the content you purchase, download, or want to update in the Olive Helps Loop Library.
We use your personal information to provide the services and features in the Loop Library. This information includes, for example, your account and payment information, which you can access and change in settings, and your purchase history. When you download an app from the Loop Library, identifiers such as your device’s hardware ID and IP address are logged by Olive along with your Olive Helps account ID.
To improve the experience in the Loop Library, we collect information about your usage of the Loop Library, including when you open or close the Loop Library, what content you search for, and the content you view and download. We may use this information to assess whether requested content can be downloaded or to understand general trends in use of device storage.
We use your interactions with the Loop Library to help you discover the content that’s most relevant to you and to possibly send you notifications. We also use your purchase history, including in-Loop purchases, and payment methods together with account information derived from your Olive Helps account ID. To make better recommendations, we also use aggregate information about Loop launches, installs, and deletions from users who choose to share device analytics with Olive.
Olive may use information about your Olive Helps account, such as the Loops you own and your subscriptions/purchases to certain Loops, to send you communications about the Loop Library and other Olive products, services, and offers that may be of interest to you. Olive may also use information about your activity within the Loop Library/Olive Helps to send you notifications about new features, content, and offers available in Olive Helps and the Loop Library.
We may share information with Loop Authors to help them operate and improve their Loops. Loop Authors can access usage information, provided by users who opt in, that allows them to look at aggregated data from groups of users that have similar characteristics or behavior, as long as the data comes from groups of no less than five users. Loop Authors can access receipt information for purchases and refunds of their Loops in the Loop Library.
We retain personal information associated with your purchases and downloads in the Loop Library for the periods specified by applicable laws. We also retain a record of your purchase and downloads of content for at least as long as you have an Olive Helps account with us to allow you to download that content, again in line with our applicable terms. We retain other information such as browsing activity and searches taking into account applicable legal requirements to retain data and specific business use cases.
We also collect user information to prevent fraud and other malicious activity in Loop Library. This information may include device information, such as device type and software version, location information (if available), download and purchase history, and other interactions with the Loop Library.
Cookies and Other Technologies
Olive Helps and published Loops in the Loop Library may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us to better understand user behavior including for security and fraud prevention purposes, tell us which parts of Olive Helps people have utilized and accessed, and may help facilitate and measure the effectiveness Olive Helps and certain Loops.
Olive’s Commitment to Privacy
To make sure data is secure, Olive communicates its privacy and security guidelines to Olive employees. Olive employees who violate those guidelines are subject to disciplinary action.
